Thought you might have a good idea of some of the better pc software for mixing tracks that allows for tempo adjustment on each individual track or sample. Not a beatmapper like AcidPro, but like a tempo slider for each audio track within a project.
I’ve been collecting stuff that I want to start splicing together, but I need a program that’s more versatile than AcidPro. P.S. this will be done strictly for my own entertainment.

I’m always thinking I’d love to do the same, but never get around to it.
You’d do well to ask someone like Sam (Flanagan) as he does a lot of creation as well as mixing, but I keep hearing about Ableton and wouldn’t mind giving that a try as it sounds like it’s pretty well suited to the job. There are a whole load of tutorials on it on YouTube too.
Another mate gave me a set of his done on something called MixMeister and that seemed pretty good and I think more accessible than Ableton.
