Certainly won’t be for everyones tastes.
Not sure it even qualifies for a ‘mix’tape either.

it is truly not for everyone’s tastes, but if you really do have a very eclectic sense of taste, this is def one for you. not a head-bobber, nothing fancy, but mixed by a true hip-hop DJ, so I think it does qualify as a mixtape.
