the DJ is not unknown. its another installment from Grandmixer Supernatural. there are 3 hour/hour and a half mixes packed into a .rar file. if you’d like, come back and vote and give your opinion as to what this DJ can do to help smooth out his sound.

OK, so out of the three mixes that are packed into this zipped file, one of them is actually pretty listenable.

the first is simply a mixtape with what sounds like someone experimenting with scratching for the first time. if the scratch sounds forced or unnecessary, it messes up the flow of the mix. this happens quite frequently in the first mix, though I like the track selection cuz it reminds me of watching MTV in the 80s.

the second mix i didn’t care for because there was absolutely no structure whatsoever. this one really does sound like someone just tooling around, or ‘freestyling’ with an array of different sounds, voiceovers, etc.
and some of the beats were just too 70s and went on too long.

the third mix is the only one that i could actually listen to just because of the track selection. the mixing was really pretty decent, and there was no awkwardness in the flow of this mix. aces to this particular one.

and another thing, it is really unnecessary to repeat the name of the DJ over and over and over, and give yourself props?, and advertise you email address, phone number, myspace page, etc….
