Re: converting wav to mp3??Get DB Poweramp – With this you can convert using LAME – and you can also edit the id3 tags and much much more. Its a cracking bit of software. |

Re: converting wav to mp3??SoundForge. Be careful to select the bitrate before converting. I think 254 is its default or maybe 192…so if you are converting and want best sound 320 is your only man. YERMANHORSE. www.thebeautyofnothing.blogspot.com |

Re: converting wav to mp3??Both Soundforge and Audacity are full programs designed to record, and edit the sound. Like ripping vinyl and removing the silences, click removal, appending gaps etc etc If you only want to convert then using these 2 programmes would be like taking a sledge hammer to crack a walnut. If all you want to do is convert then you want a smaller program, such as DB Poweramp. The choice young man is yours….. :-) |
